  • Ceduna Celebrates the Oysterfest every October - a gourmet delight of the Smoky Bay Oysters - 45kms south of Ceduna.
  • In Ceduna there is an excellent display of Aboriginal arts at the Aboriginal Art Centre located on the corner of Eyre Highway and Kuhlmann Street.
  • Take a day trip to Davenport Creek, visit Ocean Beach and the inlet of Davenport Creek, explore the sand dunes or try your luck fishing whilst the kids are swimming.
  • Walking trail to Pinky Point: starting at the Hotel you can walk along the trail to the Pinky Point lookout overlooking the busy Thevenard shipping wharf and St Peter’s Island. 
  • Try your luck fishing from the Ceduna jetty. Blue swimmer crabs, squid, whiting and Australian herring.
  • For those thinking of serious fishing, head to Fowlers Bay or Scotts Beach to chase mulloway or Australian salmon.
  • Visit Point Sinclair and Cactus Beach, located approximately 85kms from Ceduna via Penong Spend a day at the quiet jetty at Point Sinclair or watch the surfers in action at Cactus Beach.
  • Travel to surrounding spots like Penong, Penong Pink Lake or go 4WD'ing on Googs track and see Googs Lake.
  • Whale watching during June to Oct. at the Head of the Bight, relax at the Hotel before heading off to observe the whales.
  • Also at the Head of the Bight, take in the breathtaking views of the Nullarbor Cliffs.
