Cancellation Policy of Best Western Australia The Ceduna Foreshore Hotel as part of the Best Western group may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card or, retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation or changes is not received by the cancellation deadline:

The cancellation deadline for the Ceduna Foreshore hotel is 24 hours prior to arrival.

For group reservations of 10 rooms or more, the cancellation is up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. When your booking is confirmed, you will be given a “confirmation number”.

You must quote your confirmation number to cancel, change or reconfirm your booking.

Check-In and Check-Out:

The check-in time for your room to be available is 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

For those guests that arrive on the morning Regional Express Airline flight we are able to store your luggage until your allocated room becomes available.

Guaranteeing your reservation (Standard Policy)Best Western Australia:

Your reservation can be guaranteed:

• By paying a deposit (equivalent to one night’s full tariff) for all rooms booked within seven (7) days of confirmation or, no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date- whichever comes sooner; or

• By a “guarantee of arrival” (equivalent to one night’s full tariff) using any of the applicable credit cards which are valid at the time of the booking and time of the stay. If you do not arrive, the Ceduna Foreshore Hotel is entitled to retain your deposit or guarantee of arrival (as the case may be) unless you have cancelled your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
